A glimmer of hope from someone who gets it
“Sometimes it takes the deepest, darkest pain to experience a rebirth. A window to clarity you’d never had before, an opportunity to truly see what’s important, to seek the pieces of yourself which lay dormant and allow them to flourish without judgment.”
- Michelle
I didn’t find this work because life went according to plan. I found it because life changed in a way I never expected when I lost my husband.
In the years that followed, I learned that moving forward after loss doesn’t mean leaving your person, your story, or your grief behind. It means slowly learning how to care for yourself inside a life you didn’t choose, and finding small ways to feel supported, steady, and hopeful again.
I understand how difficult, disorienting, and at times impossible that can feel.
Through compassionate health and wellness coaching, I offer support for widows who are trying to rebuild daily routines, nourish their bodies, manage stress, reconnect with themselves, and move through this next chapter in a way that feels honest, healthy, and their own.
