  • 1:1 Coaching Programs

    • The Reset is a 6-week program designed to go through the basics of what it's like to coach with someone, identify your vision and get started on some baseline goals you've been thinking about.

    • The Revitalizer is a 3-month program great for those who already know what they want to work on and need more structure, accountability and a game plan.

    • The Renewal is a 6-month program designed for those who have several areas they've been wanting to work on and have a desire to make substantive changes but have no idea where to start. This program is also ideal for those tackling health challenges that require more immediate lifestyle shifts. We start deep on building a vision of what you want your life to look like and work on the skills and foundation to get there, addressing any challenges that might get in the way.

    • Each of the above includes:

      • Initial 60-minute Foundation Session

      • Weekly 40-minute sessions

      • Email recap following each session

      • Regular email support and/or text check-ins between sessions and availability for questions

      • Tailored resources, tips and tools to help support and navigate your unique barriers

  • Coaching can cover various topics including:

    • Chronic disease management - assistance in executing the program your physician has prescribed

    • Educating on ways to take a proactive and preventative approach to health and aging

    • Nutrition coaching and education on making informed decisions on healthier eating habits

    • Coaching for widows trying to manage their health and wellness as they move forward

  • Pantry refresh and grocery store tours are available as a standalone or complement to an existing coaching program

what areas can i expect to be coached on?

This is your call - you drive the process. Our sessions together will be tailored to your specific goals, needs and personality. We can discuss any area you struggle with or want help moving forward on. I’ll be your accountability partner to help you accomplish those goals, providing support and resources as needed along the way!

What would nutrition coaching entail?

I don’t believe in the ‘diet’ culture. There’s a lot of noise around what healthy eating is and what it’s not. To feel good long term, you may need to shift some food you eat daily, learning how it affects your body and how to choose more wisely. We'll come up with an eating approach that helps you achieve your goals that you can both sustain and enjoy.

what does a health coach do?

Health coaches can help you identify strategies and develop a plan to make lasting lifestyle changes to positively impact your health. We can offer the time and skills necessary to implement behavior change, both of which a doctor will not usually have the bandwidth to offer.

What is Functional medicine?

Functional Medicine is a whole-body, patient-centered approach that focuses on identifying and addressing the underlying root causes of illness. Essentially, FM looks at the whole person, not just the one symptom or disease because everything is connected. I can work with you to help improve some of the lifestyle factors that influence overall health which include sleep & relaxation, movement & exercise, nutrition, stress and relationships.
